KingdomTheology.org is a passion project by Vineyard pastor and theology student, Mike Leiter. Mike holds a Master of Arts in Theology (Fuller Seminary) and is a Vineyard Institute Graduate. Mike is currently a ThD student at Global Awakening Theological Seminary. Mike serves as the founding/lead pastor of the Vineyard Church of Freeland (Michigan, USA) and as a part-time hospice chaplain in the Great Lakes Bay region.
The purpose of this learning portal is to serve as a "welcome center" of sorts to pastors and leaders who desire to learn more about Kingdom Theology. Since Kingdom Theology is a lens that unlocks the central message and mission of Jesus, it's critical that Christian leaders begin to use this critical lens. However, after the first century this view fell out of favor as Christianity began to reject Jesus' original Jewish context. The resources on this site are intended to point the student toward the goal of enhancing one's understanding and practice as they follow the call of Jesus. Our goal is that the kingdom paradigm will help students to "know the stuff' AND "do the stuff".
